TL;DR: This month, we’ve rolled out AI Bot Traffic Monitoring (starting with Cloudflare), expanded geo support for AI Search monitoring, and launched a redesigned Prompt UI for easier data analysis. Other highlights include domain-level analytics, enhanced export tools, bulk archiving for seed prompts, new filtering options, and helpful UX updates across the platform.
Key features and enhancements:
We’re rolling out the ability to track AI Bot/Agent visitors to your site, so that you can gain increased visibility into AI bot classification, categorization, and traffic.
What is AI Bot Traffic Monitoring?
Refers to tracking and analyzing visits to your website from AI bots, agents and crawlers, enabling you to gain insight into:
We continue to roll out support for monitoring prompts across geographies. Country-specific support for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity is now available. This enables you to get results from different geographies and locations, providing more relevant and localized insights.
We redesigned the Prompt UI to make it easier for you to organize and analyze data. The new UI is now the default view.
You’ll now see a redesigned granular view of prompt x platform performance and response data with week/week tracking.
In April, we added AI prompt generation and keyword conversion capabilities to make it easier to get your brand set up. Bulk editing support is now available so you can continue to refine your optimization strategies at scale.
You can now “Group by domain” on the Sources page to see the top sites and publishers being cited in your Scrunch prompts, not just the top individual pages.
When you’re grouping by domain, clicking on a domain will also now take you to a “drilled in” version of Sources by URL filtered to that specific domain.
And then from there you can drill into a specific URL to see prompt performance data.
We’ve refreshed the look of the Exports UI for a more intuitive experience. We now make it clearer that the filters from the UI apply to sources.
Worth noting: The new domain grouping (see Domain-level Analytics in Sources), works with this export. If you are looking to provide a list of influential third-party websites to an internal or external team (e.g. PR, media relations, business development, or an agency), you can now: Go to Sources > filter by Owner is Third-Party > Group By Domain > Export > Summary and this will give you a report that you can send over completely out of the box.
For Agency Partners: We’re excited to roll out the new agency brand creation tool. You can now easily spin up demo dashboards or onboard new clients with an extra seat built just for growth.
Navigating Sources is now faster and simpler with the latest filtering updates.
There are now “help” tooltips on the Dashboard that define metric and we will continue to add these throughout the product moving forward.
