At Scrunch AI, we believe that building an exceptional company starts with an exceptional team. That’s why I’m thrilled to welcome Andrew Sorensen as our new Head of Customer Success, joining us on June 23.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience leading high-performing customer success teams. He holds a JD and previously led Customer Success at Hearsay Systems, where we had the pleasure of working with him. Most recently, he built and scaled the Customer Success team at Aumni, growing it to over 30 team members before the company was acquired by JP Morgan. After two years at the bank, Andrew is eager to get back to startup life and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join Scrunch.
