TL;DR: Scrunch just leveled up your AI Search monitoring with 5x more prompts at no additional cost. We also provide flexible model-level control, and expanded platform support (Google AI Overviews + Claude) this month. You can now choose exactly where each prompt runs, drill deeper into sources (brand, competitor, third-party), and filter dashboards by tags, persona, or topic. Plus, our new Enterprise Data API makes it easy to integrate Scrunch data into your stack.

New Prompt Totals & Flexible Model-level Control

We’re excited to share that prompt limits increased 5x. You’ll notice an upgraded prompt total in your Scrunch Dashboard. Previously, prompts were automatically monitored across all AI Search platforms you activated in Scrunch (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).

Now, you have full control over which platforms each prompt runs on, and we've updated your totals accordingly. This was a top customer request to allow for granular control and customization.

• If you were on the 50-prompt package, you now have 250 prompt slots to use across platforms however you want.
• You can choose which AI search engines to monitor for each prompt directly from the prompt screen. If you want us to bulk remove prompts from a model you don’t care about just send us a Slack or email.

Pair your new prompt allocation with the AI Traffic tab to only pick the AI Search platforms that matter.

Support for Google AI Overviews and Claude is rolling out now. Contact us to activate.

Domain Updates

In the Context tab, You can now track both subdomains and domains for deeper brand insights.

Filtering Updates

Navigating the Dashboard is now faster and simpler with the latest filtering updates. You can now filter your Scrunch dashboards to analyze performance from multiple angles, making it easier to drill down into the moments that matter. To apply a filter, simply use the dropdown at the top of any dashboard.
