TL;DR: We’re excited to launch a new GA4 integration, enabling you to analyze traffic and conversions from AI platforms. You can now tag prompts by campaign, product line, and filter dashboards by tag, persona, or key topic for sharper insights. We’ve expanded source views to track citations across your brand, competitors, and third parties, and added time-series data so you can monitor changes over time.

AI Traffic Tab & Google Analytics Integration

We’re excited to launch a new Google Analytics integration and AI Traffic tab. Now you can:

  • Track real AI referral traffic from platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • See which pages AI referrals are landing on and gain insights into what content is working.
  • Break down AI-driven traffic by model and track how it’s translating into revenue or other business outcomes.

All you need to do is connect your GA4 property and once connected, your AI traffic data will appear automatically. Contact us if you need help setting it up.

Custom Tags for Prompts

Managing and analyzing prompts is now easier. You can add Custom Tags to any prompt, giving you even more flexibility when filtering and reviewing your data. Tags can be used to group together specific areas of your business (e.g., product line, geography, etc.) or campaigns for easier monitoring and optimization.

To add a tag:

  1. Click on any prompt.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select ‘Edit Tags’ and add up to 10 tags.

Dashboard-Level Filtering & Time Series Tracking

We’ve added new filtering capabilities to the Scrunch Dashboard. Now, in addition to filtering prompts by Key Topic, Persona, and Stage of the customer journey, you can also filter by Custom Tags. Available filters include:

  • Custom Tags: Group and track prompts by campaign, product line, or messaging theme.
  • Persona: See how your brand shows up for specific audience types.
  • Key Topic: Focus on strategic areas of interest, such as “pet insurance,” “cloud security,” or “loyalty programs.”

To apply a filter, simply use the dropdown at the top of any dashboard.

Expanded Sources Views

You can now track and drill into sources by brand, competitor, and third party to gain insights into where and how you show up in AI results.
