Colleen has spent over 15 years helping companies grow—bringing together marketing strategy, creativity, and execution across industries like finance, insurance, and tech. My co-founder, Robert MacCloy and I had the pleasure of working with Colleen for many years at Hearsay Systems. She led market research and supported new business, upsells, and renewals with key clients.

Our ambitions at Scrunch go well beyond AI Search optimization. We believe search is only the beginning and that the customer acquisition playbook in an AI world will need to be completely rewritten. To us the problem we’re solving is clear: how do companies adapt to a world where AI bots visit websites more than humans?
